At JDM TACKLE HEAVEN, we want you to be completely satisfied with your premium fishing gear; if you are not, we offer a 30-day return policy for items in original, unused condition. Please note that all returns must include original packaging and tags to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team via the contact form or email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack the items in their original manufacturer packaging and place them inside a sturdy shipping box to ensure they are protected during transit back to our facility.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided return label or use a trackable shipping service of your choice to send the package to our designated returns warehouse.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our specialists inspect the gear for quality assurance, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
